Shelled ~~~

My site has created a blog and wants to delete it today. So on the blog page, use the delete this site in site setting to delete the blog and prompt that it is successfully deleted, however, there is still a blog Link under sites in the Quick Start column on the left side of the page, but it cannot be deleted. After you click it, the blog address is displayed, but the page does not exist or is deleted. I am so worried that I deleted myself under my site and thought that I would be able to recreate my site later (because my site was originally created in this way). What is the result, when I click my site to enter, the logon verification box is always displayed. I enter xaland \ Libo and the password, and I am prompted:

You do not have permissions to have lists and pages within my site.

I do not know how to solve the problem. I want to know how to solve it.
