That is the active network team who comes from the company of zdsoft networks. we have 15 team members altogether, who comes from different departments respectively, at the beginning we even can't call each other, but two days passed by, what happened?
Then, what is the training of OB (Outward Bound )? It is one kind of outdoors training, the original intention is that a boat drives from the tranquil harbor, goes to the unknown journey dutifully, meets challenge once and once again. this training origin from England at the period of World War II. at that time the England and Royal Navy was attacked by the German submarine repeatedly and lost seriously. many young seaman were buried the seabed becaus E of lacking experience. in view of this kind of situation, Kurt Hahn and someone else set up a college by the name of "gordonstoun school ", to train young seaman's own Val skill in the marine into vability after the ship has a reef, so that their body and the will all obtains the exercise. after the war ended, please people thought this kind of training still might retain. thereupon the unique re Ativity and the training way used in training are promoted gradually; The training object also expands from the initial seaman to the serviceman, the student, and the industry or commerce personnel and so on. the training object also expands from the pure physical ability or the specified Val training to the psychological training, the personality training, and the management training and so on. the ob Is not just sports Plus Entertainment, but it is a comprehensive refinement and a synthetical supplement to a legitimate education. actually, the knowledge and the skill are only the visible capital, the will and the spirit then is the invisible strength. in what kind of situation, the limited knowledge and the skill can release the biggest energy? In two-day training, all the members didn't fear hot sun, had well completed 7 projects which the coach arranged. each project carries on by the type of experiences, including: the back falls, the airborne high bar, the minefield pattern ), the Board shoes, the isolated island, blind, and survival ). in the entire training, there is some few physical strength activities nearl Y, is only in the two projects of the back falls and the airborne high bar, the others test the mental ability generally, therefore everyone felt quite relaxed, didn't have the obvious extremely tired feeling. after each project, the coach encircled with our members, and then we wocould discuss some details and lessons on the previous project. to be honest, when the first discussion began, I was thi Nking such affirmation couldn't work at all. Because I thought everybody came here in the mood of playing, whether this kind of discussion was too serous or not? But the fact was that the discussion atmosphere was extremely good. everyone was gglad to express their own views. the coach also extremely paid attention to the way; moreover, that theoretical knowledge that the coach wants to show us was also finished unconsciously. we all didn't feel having a class in the classroom, some classical cases also let us remember profoundly especially. among 7 projects, only the airborne high bar is the individual event. other 6 projects all are the associated projects, each of which also has the different training emphasis point. after that, I will tell you my opinion about some projects which depress me profoundly.
First, I must say something about the airborne high bar, our only individual event, this project trains us to face the goal, overcome the fear, and establish the self-confidence. all the members need to stand on a disc whose diameter is 20 centimeters approximately and height is 7.4 meters exactly, to jump up and hold the high bar which located the circa 2 meters place (the distance may be different Between lady and gentleman); I also remembered the feeling when I hold the high bar. It has been so simply great and cool, one kind of excitement and joy after challenge and fear! When I stood on the pillar peak and prepared to jump up, can you feel how fiercely my heart beat at that time? The both legs were tresponing out of control, the wind is also cheering around us, and the hot sun on the top of the head is smiling slinkingly, following teammates are encouraging confusedly ...... at that moment what you need is merely let your heart keep quiet, see clearly and concentrate on the goal! Then, you jump! You hold! You succeed!
Board shoes followed, which is a project of testing our team Cohesive Force and the policy-making ability. it requests the entire team members to stand in the bridge which is built by three iron buckets and two planks. we must move forward 19 meters in the given time, that is 30 minutes, but all teammates 'foot can't touch the ground. in my way, this is the worse project which we had done. EVERYBOD Y is caught up with the bridge hurriedly by the coach without seeing the scene situation clearly, as soon as this comes up, it is doomed that we already have a half failure probability; everybody didn't look clearly how these two planks and three iron buckets were placed, how much more after on plank. there are so many Members that the bridge is crowded very much. everyone only cocould see the situa Tion of their end; At the beginning, everybody intend to express the opinion respectively, the person between two sides is unable to coordinate at all; after 5 minutes, the teammates of the Captain Zhang's side (Zhang Chao of Production Department) start to take action, move a iron bucket and a plank to the other end, after reaching that side, we only then discovered that the other plank is unable To move, which is being pressed by our new plank and other people stood there. It is impossible to move! This time we have already used 14 minutes probably, then discussion is spreading once again, nobody cocould find the solution. Much to my regret, the time is passing! Another 14 minutes have slipped by, just left two minutes, at last, we spend 6 minutes in moving out of the plank which has been pressed under the other plank, overtiming 4 minutes, but we even didn't walk a half distance actually; we are defeated! Let's analyze it once again, there are several aspects caused the failure. 1st, we lack a captain who has enough prestige. everybody express their own views, which are unable to be unified; Captain Zhang does well, but after all the cohesive force is insufficient; 2nd, analysis in anticipation is not enough. we really do not understand the other end's situation, lack the risk estimate; 3rd, the De Ficient system thinking ability. everybody only has a short eyesight, didn't consider the overall situation; 4th, when we meet the hindrance and cannot move forward, no one has considered this problem: if this plan is feasible? How stupid persistence! Don't you think that is the same contacting with our actual working? We need to complete each kind of preparatory work before action, try to ponder every detail as much as you can, namely the foresight of planning; being clear about the team's goal and establishing the feasible plan is our biggest safeguard to succeed, the direction is unclear, plan is incorrect, then we will waste our efforts and get the consequence as follows: "a miss is as good as a mile "! That is to say, the team must have a good leadership and an excellent demo-making stratum. at the same time, it also explains how important the working of PDCA (Plan-do-check-Action) is.

The essence is the cooperation! 2nd, some people need to have the sacrifle ice spirit in the team! And be willing to be the human ladder! 3rd, a team must have much stronger cohesive force-that is the foundation of trust! There must be someone who is willing to stay until finally! 4th, the team goal need to be uniform; the members can share joys and sorrows! We also may conclude from here: how tiny a person's strength is! If you want to succeed, the only way is to form a team, eliminate the internal friction, break the tradition, strengthen the cooperation, face all difficulties, overcome all difficulties, and then you will realize the common goal, stand together in the successful apex, and enjoy the successful joy together!
In these two days, we experience something acid, sweet, bitter, tired; but we think it is the real experience! The team members have broken the strangeness and the psychological barrier, has obviusly enhanced the friendship and the cohesive force. after we finish these team projects, all the Members have experienced how different the working is between the team work and the individual work, and realized that the team project needs every teammate's help mutually and made progresses together. many things ca N't be completed independently, but need everybody to cooperate fully. Only exerting team spirit, we can obtain much bigger success! And also only the entire team's Vicente is true and real Vicente! In addition, in the team cooperation, how to clearly recognize oneself and the others? How to display each member's biggest potential? And how to deal with the different opinion in the team? ...... These knowledge which shocould be paid attention by the administrative personnel is also encoded and manifested in ours project. although few people is doing the supervisory work in our group at present, I believe if we can step in the post management related in the future, this will be a huge recessive property and the wealth. it will definitely affect each speech in subconscious which we s Ay, and each demo-which we do!
