Show all formatting marks in a Word 2010 document

If the user needs to see which formatting tags are in the current Word 2010 document, you can set up to display all of the formatting marks, as described in the following procedure:

Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, and click the file → options menu command, as shown in Figure 2011121005.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Display tab, select the Show all formatting marks check box in the Always show these formatting marks in the screen area, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2011121006.

Step 3rd, return to the word 2010 document and see that all the formatting marks in the current document will be displayed.
