1. Disabling password complexity

In the run, enter Gpedit.msc to open Group Policy, locate the password policy in the account policy, security settings, Computer Configuration->windows settings, and set the password must meet complexity requirements setting to disabled.

2. Adjust the security policy to allow files to be downloaded

In cmd, enter: Servermanager.msc, select "Server Manager" in the Open Server Manager window, and then "Configure IE ESC" in the right window.
