Simple Windows 7 hard drive installation-new installation under Win PE

I encountered some problems when installing window7, but after reading this article, I installed it successfully.

 

The installation methods of Windows 7 on the Internet are complicated, especially for cainiao. A simple installation method is provided:

1. decompress the ISO image of Windows 7 (or use the virtual optical drive software to extract it) to any folder on any non-system disk, for example, D: \ win7 \

2. Enter the PE and format the drive C as NTFS, preferably the PE started by the U disk.

3. Extract the boot and bootmgr files from D: \ win7 \ to the C drive root directory (boot is a folder), and then from D: \ win7 \ sources

Extract the boot. Wim and install. Wim files to c: \ sources.

4. Run CMD in PE, enter the following line, and press ENTER "C: \ Boot \ bootsect.exe/nt60 C:" Without quotation marks. Then restart the computer.

5. The installation interface is displayed. Do not click Install now. Click "repairing computer" in the lower left corner to enter the system recovery option (Chinese version is better recognized). Select "command prompt" and enter the DOS window.

6. After Entering dos, enter D: \ win7 \ sources \ setup.exe and press Enter. The following is the same as the installation on a CD. The system is installed normally,

Make sure to format the C drive when selecting the installation location

Step 4. After restarting the computer, you can press F8 to display the Windows 7 System menu. Select "repair computer" and then select "command prompt line"
