I found in Excel teaching, first from the simple formula, directly to solve the actual problem, can enhance students ' interest in learning, speed up the progress of learning, so that students understand and master Excel faster. In short, the simpler the better, the first introduction to say. Today we'll start by learning to print out a score sheet.
The first step: the design of the table and raw data input.
Open Excel program is a blank table, no need for special design, input table head, name, according to the format of the results table copied over the line. Then enter the results of each course, each score in a cell. Each cell has an address, which is composed of column and row labels, such as "Kaokian" cell address is B2, "physical" in F1, etc. In the input, according to the results provided by each instructor, you can use the numeric keypad input, enter the next cell to continue to enter.
Table design and raw data entry
The second step: the summary of the results and sorting.
Input the original data, according to the actual situation summary. The H2 cell is the total score of "Kaokian", which should be equal to the sum of C2, D2, E2, F2, G2. Click H2, enter the above formula "=C2+D2+E2+F2+G2" in the cell, and then enter the Kaokian score. Of course, you can also press the sum button "∑" directly in the toolbar. Note You must start with "=" When you enter a formula. Then point the cursor at the small black square (fill handle) of the H2 cell, making the hollow cross a solid cross, which is the autofill state. Drag the mouse down to the end of the table to figure out the total score of all the students. In the same vein, enter the formula "=H2/5" or "= (C2+D2+E2+F2+G2)/5" In the I2 cell, and the average score can be obtained after the carriage return. Then drag the fill handle to calculate the average score for all students.
Then arrange the position according to the total score. Place the cursor anywhere in the column where the total score is, and click the Descending order button in the Common toolbar, and all people will automatically arrange the total score from highest to lowest. Then enter the position "1" in cell J2, then point the mouse to the fill handle of the J2 cell, and hold down the CTRL key to drag down to automatically enter the rank.
Step three: Format the table.
To print out a beautiful table, we still have to work on landscaping. Add the table header, add the form line, according to the paper set the font size, row height, column width, and so on. You can insert a row by clicking Row 1, selecting the first row, and then clicking the Insert menu, select Rows. Select A1 to J1, click the Merge Center button, and then enter the title "Score sheet."
When you add a table line, first drag the mouse diagonally, select the table to add the line. Then click the Format menu, select Cell ..., and then select Borders, and a dialog box with a table line appears. Then according to the prompts to select the inside box, the style of the outer frame, click OK on the line.
Change the column width double-click or drag the vertical bar between the two column labels. If you want to change the row height, to drag the row header up or down to select the row you want to change, and then select row → row height from the Format menu, a row-high dialog box pops up, filling in an appropriate number to change the row height as needed.
The font size settings are the same as word.
Fourth step: Print output.
By referencing word, you can print the paper type, placement orientation, margin, and center in the file → page Setup .... If you want to print the header row on each page, you need to set it by print title in the Sheet option in Page Setup .... Click the Pick button to the right of the top header row input box, and then select the line you want to print from the worksheet, and then click OK to do it.
