2. Nexus 4 (mako)
3. Nexus 7 (grouper)

Download the necessary fl file (taking the N7 tablet as an example, Codename is grouper ):
1.quantal-preinstalled-armelw.grouper.zip (about 50 MB) (Click to download)
2.quantal-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip (around MB) (Click to download)
 
Copy the downloaded file to the mobile phone memory card. First use fastboot input boot file quantal-preinstalled-boot-armel + grouper. img, restart the phone to enter the recovery, browse the file, brush into quantal-preinstalled-armelw.grouper.zip and quantal-preinstalled-phablet-armhf.zip, restart the phone, done.
