SimpleXML and Docuement parse XML which is faster?

XML needs to be parsed,
The thought of using the Simplexml,echo output object can get the value, but in the process of assigning a value to an array unit becomes an object, so you want to simply turn all the parsed objects into JSON and then into an array,
Then there is no need for simple, all want to know docuement and simplexml which cost less.
There is no way to know which method is faster, or what is faster to turn an object into a group.
