SimpleXMLElement error, error message HTTP error 503

The API to execute Pannalesports (it's a data-grabbing API anyway)
I use SimpleXMLElementConvert data to XML format so I could intercept it. But there is always an error after a period of execution

P.s. I'm going to curl up with curl.
