Site background cannot log on due to Oracle user name password expiration

Originally today to rest, but received a colleague reflected: the customer's web can not log on, the Web site to open, but the background cannot login.

I contacted the customer, the customer said that the password expires for the Web user, the default is 180 days expires.

And then there's my operation flow:

1. Telnet to the 1521 port of Oracle data from the Web server and discover that it is a pass.

2. Log in to the client's database server and log in with the SYS user SYSDBA role. To view the open and read-write status of an Oracle database:

Summary: Encountered a dynamic call to the Oracle Database Web site cannot open the problem, timely find the database and the status of the connected user name. The general login page cannot be opened either as a database or a connection problem with the page and database.

The general location of the site database configuration file is/webapps/root/web-inf/classes/jdbc.properties. Find the user name and password inside to make the relevant error.
