Skillfully use Flashpaper to convert documents into Flash format

If the SWF file may be unfamiliar to some people, but when it comes to flash animation is not aware of a few, SWF file is the standard form of Flash animation, this format is very easy to publish in the Web page, by everyone's favorite. We can use Flashpaper 2.0 to print the document as Flash animation.

First step: Install Flashpaper 2.0
Flashpaper is the Macromedia Company's product, it can be used for free 30 days, without functional restrictions. After the download installation is complete, a printer named "Macromedia Flashpaper" appears in Printers and Faxes in Control Panel, and you can use it to print the document as an animation.

After you install Flashpaper, you will automatically add three buttons to the toolbar of some software. In Word, the first button converts the current document to Flash animation, the second button converts the document to a PDF file, and the third button converts the document into a PDF file and sends it via email.

Step Two: Print the document as an animation

Open a document (such as: Open a PDF ebook with Acrobat Reader), select the menu "file → print" command, select the printer as "Macromedia Flashpaper" in the dialog box that appears, and then click OK. After a while, you will automatically start the Flashpaper print document (Figure 1), and then use the buttons in the toolbar to view the ebook when you finish printing.

Step three: Save the animated document
Select the menu "File→save as Macromedia Flash" pop-up dialog box, the input file name animated document saved into SWF file, this file is the standard Flash animation file, can be very smooth in the various software calls; If you choose the menu under "File→save As PDF command can be easily converted to a PDF-formatted ebook.

There are other software that automatically adds virtual printers to your system, such as when you install Office 2003, and if you install the Microsoft Office Document Imaging tool, we can print the document into an MDI-formatted file.
