Skillfully use WPS to translate word into slides

1. First, in WPS2013 to open the Word document that needs to be converted, CTRL + a keys all select the contents of the document, click the right mouse button, select "Copy" command in the pop-up Drop-down box, or press "CTRL + C" key combination.

2. Start WPS2013 PowerPoint, click the left mouse button, "WPS Demo" Drop-down triangle buttons, select "File"-"new" command.

3. Select the "View"--"normal" option in the menu bar.

4. Click the Outline tab, position the cursor over the first slide, and then right-click the Paste command (or CTRL + V key combination) to paste the contents of the Word document onto the first slide.

5. You can set the text format as needed, including the font, font size, color, and so on.

6. You can create a new slide by moving the cursor to the next slide and pressing the "enter" key. After the adjustment, you will soon be able to complete the production of multiple slides.
