The first sentence of a cover letter is the most important and difficult to write. In a cover letter, do not describe your past experiences one by one, because the other party is only interested in the content related to the job application. If you have had a lot of success in your experience, try to let the other party know. Few employers believe that what you say is "definitely competent" or "sufficient". You must select one or two instances to fully explain, make the other Party feel that the achievements you listed are indeed justified and trustworthy. Otherwise, the first sentence would be less of the above two.
