Slow Oracle truncate tables

Problem description:
Truncate table vmsbusi. vms_mailbox_info; The vms_mailbox_info table has only 35 records, and the truncate table takes about 1 minute.

Solution:
Each of these indexes is about 1 GB and is the size of the initial extent. Obviously, the cause of the problem is clear. The table contains multiple indexes and the partition segment of each index is too large. Therefore, when truncate is executed, it executes a large number of DB file sequence wait operations on the index, this causes the truncate statement performance problems.
