Today we discussed the questionnaire. Through this questionnaire, we found a lot of improvement projects. Through the questionnaire can be seen, the system function of the group in the user's perspective fully meet the requirements, at the same time, the software is also easy to operate. But there are still a lot of problems that need to be improved. Questionnaire feedback is summarized below.
From what I can see, the most serious problem is that the response time of the program is too long, so this is the most urgent problem to be solved in this group.
At the same time, the user to the group of software function diversity also put forward a great demand. Through this group of discussions, the software of this group is indeed a little bit single, so the team also made a decision: To add a wide variety of functions. As you can see from the table, some users want a bus route, and some users want real-time traffic. We will start with this practice.
In addition, some users of this group of software user interface also put forward suggestions for improvement, they think the software interface is not beautiful. In this regard, the solution for this group is to design some UI interfaces, then ask the user for the experience, and then summarize the information to select the most user-friendly interface. On this basis, we will further improve, and invite students to learn the design as a consultant. However, this group also found from the questionnaire that the user needs for the login interface is also there, so we can start from the beginning to improve.
In the table, some users think the software is less interactive. In this, we can use the learned human-computer interaction knowledge to solve.
In this case, the user opinion analysis of the table is complete. But the group also has its own ideas, such as learning the offline mode of chrome, and designing some games for the user to entertain.
During the development process, we will always contact the users surveyed, provide them with the latest version to experience, and collect feedback to continue to improve.
