In Java, you can set the heap size:

-XMS <size> sets the initial heap size.

-Xmx <size> sets the maximum heap size.

-XSS <size> sets the thread stack size.

Set

Java-xms64m-xmx256m helloworld will set the maximum heap size of the helloworld application to 256 MB,

It can also be read in the program, for example:
