All Smarty template tags are added with delimiters.
The default is {and}, but they can be changed.
For example, we assume that you are using the default delimiter.
In Smarty, all content other than the delimiter is output statically, or it is called immutable.
When Smarty encounters a template tag, it tries to explain them and then outputs them in the proper way.
Comments[Notes]
The template comment is surrounded by an * number, for example {* This is a comment *}
Smarty comments do not appear in the final output of the template file.
It's just a comment inside the template.
Example 3-1. Notes
{* Smarty *} {* Include the header file here *} {include file= "HEADER.TPL"} {Include file= $includeFile} {include file= #includeFile #} {* Display dropdown lists *}<select name=company>{html_options values= $vals selected= $selected output= $output} </SELECT>
