Multi-language packages can be installed in SharePoint 2013, but what language is displayed on the client is actually a pleasant problem.
The language displayed in SharePoint 2013 is effective together with the Installed Language Pack, website language settings, and client ie language settings. (What a crash)

See the preceding table: for example,
- The browser is set to English, and the SharePoint installation language is Chinese. As SharePoint itself does not have an en Language Pack, even if the browser is en, the page can only display CN;
- The SharePoint installation language is Chinese and the en Language Pack is installed (the website language is also set to EN). If the browser defaults to EN, the language displayed on the page is en.
In short, Sharepoint 2013 has installed the corresponding Language Pack (whether it is the default or the Language Pack is re-installed), despite the configuration of the replaceable language in the website settings, the last result is the language settings of IE.

Otherwise, you will be prompted:
After the installation is complete and the configuration is successful, you can see the language setting options in the website management, refer to the following before and after the installation:
Everything is ready for use. In SharePoint website settings, configure the language, and then the corresponding language will be displayed according to the language settings of IE:
