To compile the socket program in Dev, you need to set up a compilation environment in the following two ways:

1. New project for Win32 console,

   Then add the library in the Properties linker of Project LIBWS2_32.A
   If not, a connection error occurs.

2. Include Winsock2.h this header file is 0k.
