After learning a semester of software engineering, I learned a lot of knowledge, but also let me know in the future work what is the situation, but also let me to the future work of the team's meaning has a deeper layer of deepening,

Team work is really important, the current mode of work is inseparable from the team, a person's strength is limited after all, and in many large companies are not allowed a person to do a project alone, because a single person do not only inefficient, but also for the body of the individual has a lot of harm, so many companies attach great importance to team cooperation, If you're not a team player, you're basically not going to be able to stay in the company, because you're not only not well integrated into everyone, and you don't communicate with your coworkers, so the sense of teamwork can also be a place that some big companies value.

Let's talk about the knowledge learned in this course.

1. Learn how to work together in teamwork and the problem of code sharing between our teams.

2. In the multi-person cooperation, the appropriate allocation of some roles, as far as possible for everyone to work, fair and impartial distribution, ability to help the weak, we should help each other, can not let a person bear all the responsibility and so on.

After three sprint sprints, I think in these three sprints can see a lot of problems, not only can see the problem between teammates, but also can see their problems in the team. For example: Teammate's disunity, the conflict between teammates, these can be seen at work.

For the TA, overall is very good, after all, the TA is still very hard, not only to work, but also to take time to help us to correct the work, this dedication is very good. However, the TA should be good communication with the teacher, communication is not good, the last injury is still our students, and I think some students should not be so fast teaching students, such as: should not be so early to teach student job-hopping, although in reality, the company is the phenomenon of job-hopping, but in the student age, Job-hopping to the students to blow is still quite big, because we focus on the things not only one, we also have to learn a lot of subjects, if in the way of a student to do the project, will affect the feelings between students, and will lead to later in the class will feel very embarrassed. The company is not the same, work in the company you sometimes only responsible for a project, there will not be too many things to a person to deal with, you halfway to the impact of the company will not be very big.

Therefore, I hope that the teaching assistants and teachers try not to teach students this aspect, because the company and the school are still very different.
