Before developing a software program, we must have a detailed plan, instead of developing a software program as soon as we develop it. Just like building a house, when we have this idea, we must consider whether our idea is practical. Building a house requires the materials and prepare the things, we must face and solve those problems. The same is true for developing a software program. The preliminary plan is necessary and crucial.

Because our entire software project is document-driven, our software plan also needs to form two documents:Feasibility analysis report and project development plan.
