How long do you expect to use your mobile phone to find a local TV program for a certain period of time? 20 seconds? 50 seconds? 2 minutes?

This first 2000-year usability experiment,

In the 2000, when a smartphone appeared abroad, the test included two items: 1. Use the mobile phone to view the weather forecast for the day, 2. Use the mobile phone to view the program for a certain period of time on the local TV station.

When you do the experiment, you first anticipate how much time you need to find out and then record the actual time spent. Be compared.

The experiment started with the advent of WAP phones. There was no such smart phone as Apple. WAP is just a simpler phone. Able to check the weather, TV shows. But the flowers are longer. A week after the experiment, a lot of people (70%) said they would never use the phone again, so quickly it withdrew from the market.

It takes an average of 1-2 minutes to complete a task.
