This year I have put the initial form of the measurable performance management model into practice, and have achieved some results, avoiding the internal controversy of the team and some completely subjective inequalities.

There is a consensus within the team that the second phase of data accumulation is being carried out so that I can build the model for later use.

The measurable performance management model is expected to be quantified as an independent form by the year after next.

With the basis of measurable data, project cost accounting based on this data, software enterprise cost accounting and future enterprise investment and financing level of quantification and analysis will be based on the facts.

As a result, the writing of papers and books will begin at the latest next year and will continue to translate the things accumulated in the work into words.

It is expected that 10-15 years later, the methodology will become an independent management system, the original human brain is only a subjective judgment of the results of the transformation into a quantifiable model for analysis, this is my next stage of research direction.
