Software requirements-discover stage

My first post after graduation was from the software engineer and R & D department, but my first job was to do research.

At that time, I was not clear about the detailed differences between R & D and research, and I was not allowed to switch roles.

The investigation should be the first stage of the requirement: the Discover stage of the requirement.
In the survey phase, the following tasks should be completed: understanding the current situation of customers, such as the information level of customers and the operation level of customers' computers

Level, the customer's business model, etc. Communicate with the customer and understand the customer's needs.
After the investigation, a survey report should be prepared, which is generally called the first draft of the feasibility analysis report.

The presales personnel will complete the process.
The last thing in the Discover stage of the requirement is the feasibility analysis. The participants are as follows: investigator, Legal Expert

Experts (such as workflow experts) and CEOS (including vice president of technology) are mainly responsible for discussing the feasibility of various aspects of software.

In China, project and product plans are all made by the boss, so they are all feasible.
