[FATAL] [INS-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer validations failed.
Cause:failed to access the temporary location.
Action:ensure the current user have required permissions to access the temporary location.
Repeated installations are often.

Turn on debug, monitor

$CD/tmp

$RM-RF cvu_11.2.0.4.0_oracle

$runInstaller-debug-loglevel Finest

Still error, view information, exectask.sh permission is wrong, see LS look but did not see what the problem. A trial run is also possible.
