Iv. establishing a trust relationship between hosts (all node)

in Solaris 10 through the RSH series tool, you can establish a trust relationship between hosts.

[[email protected]:/]# cat /etc/hosts.equiv node1  oraclenode1   rootnode1-vip rootnode1-vip oraclenode1-priv rootnode1-priv oraclenode1       gridnode1-vip  gridnode1-priv gridnode2  rootnode2   oraclenode2-vip  rootnode2-vip  oraclenode2-priv  rootnode2-priv   oraclenode2       gridnode2-vip   gridnode2-priv   grid[[email protected]:/export/home/oracle]$ cat .rhosts node1  rootnode1   oraclenode1-vip rootnode1-vip oraclenode1-priv rootnode1-priv oraclenode1       gridnode1-vip  gridnode1-priv gridnode2  rootnode2   oraclenode2-vip  rootnode2-vip  oraclenode2-priv  rootnode2-priv   oraclenode2       gridnode2-vip   gridnode2-priv  grid[[email protected]:/ export/home/grid]$ cat .rhosts node1  rootnode1  oraclenode1-vip  rootnode1-vip oraclenode1-priv rootnode1-priv oraclenode1       gridnode1-vip  gridnode1-priv gridnode2  rootnode2  oraclenode2-vip   rootnode2-vip  oraclenode2-priv  rootnode2-priv  oraclenode2        gridnode2-vip   gridnode2-priv  grid Start related services: [[email  protected]:/]# svcadm enable svc:/network/login:rlogin[[email protected]:/]#  Svcadm enable svc:/network/rexec:default[[email protected]:/]# svcadm enable svc :/network/shell:default Verification:[[email protected]:/export/home/oracle]$ rsh node2 datefri  Jan 23 11:11:24&nBsp Cst 2015[[email protected]:/export/home/oracle]$ rsh node2-priv datefri jan  23 11:11:27 CST 2015[[email protected]:/export/home/oracle]$ su -  gridpassword: oracle corporation      sunos 5.10       generic patch   january 2005[[email protected]:/export/ home/grid]$ rsh node2 datefri jan 23 11:11:39 cst 2015[[email  Protected]:/export/home/grid]$ rsh node2-priv datefri jan 23 11:11:42 cst  2015[[email protected]:/export/home/grid]$

V. Configure time synchronization (all node)

for Oracle 11GR2, you can use the Oracle Cluster Time Synchronization daemon (CTSSD) service to synchronize times without the need to synchronize with the system's NTP service. The NTP service for the system needs to be shut down.

[Email protected]:/]# svcs-a |grep ntpdisabled 9:38:42 svc:/network/ntp:defaultdisabled 9:38:43 svc:/netwo Rk/ntp4:default

----is already turned off by default
