Home Directory

SOLR needs to access its home directory at run time because the configuration file and the index it stores are saved in its home directory. (home directory refers to the runtime directory, standalone and Solrcloud's home directory is not necessarily the same, after SOLR run can use SOLR status to check the housekeeping directory path)

SOLR's standalone run mode and Solrcloud run mode have different root directory structures.
