Today open website, website appears ECSHOP Info:can ' t Connect MySQL Server (localhost:3306)! The site has been normal, stating that the database configuration file should be correct. The query was originally a server update patch issue.
Cause: Microsoft released the TCP/IP update patch (KB967723), this issue occurs if the server turns on Automatic Updates or if there is an update to the patch with the automatic Update software download.
Patch Uninstall Method: log in to the server, go to Control Panel---Add and remove Programs--(tick "show Updates" above)
In the inside can see the update KB967723 this patch, and then just want to uninstall the normal software like uninstall, uninstall will prompt you, if uninstall may cause the program to run an error, do not matter, select "Yes", continue to uninstall.
Restart the server when the uninstallation is complete.
