Solution for accidental deletion of the SQL Server administrator account

Source: Internet

The administrator account in SQL Server 2008 was accidentally deleted a few days ago (Local \ administrator). Since SQL authentication is not enabled, no account can connect to SQL. I have asked several forums for help, the solution is as follows:

  1. Disable the SQL Server service
  2. In "service", open the SQL Service and add "-m" after the parameter to specify to enable the SQL Service in "Administrator mode ".
  3. At this time, the members in the Local Administrators Group will automatically have the SQL administrator privilege.
  4. Add the deleted login name.
  5. If it is a production database, do not forget to restart the SQL Server service in normal mode.
