Solution for errors during sp_addjavassrvlogin and 91st line decryption

When you register a connection server for Distributed queries using the connection server, an error is reported when you create a remote login ing between servers. The error message is as follows:
Message 15466, level 16, status 2, process sp_add1_srvlogin, 91st rows
An error occurred during decryption.
Message 15185, level 16, status 1, process sp_add1_srvlogin, 98th rows
No remote user 'xxxxxxxxx' mapped from remote server 'xxxxxxx' to local user '(null '.
At first, I thought it was a statement error. After reading the online help, the statement was well written.And finally found a solution:
Run alter Service master key force regenerate on the local server.
The function of this statement is to regenerate the master key of the local server.
