Solution for files with the extension. eml cannot be opened directly using Outlook

Open folder option-file type

Find the project whose extension is. eml, and select

Click "advanced" and enter "Internet e-mail message" in the top input box"

Click Edit to modify the image. Click Browse on the right to view the msimn.exe file in the outlookfolder.
My path is "C:/program files/Outlook Express/msimn.exe", and some icons will appear below,
Select the desired icon.

On the "advanced" Page, select "open" and click "edit" for the zip code"

Enter "C:/program files/Outlook Express/msimn.exe"/EML: % 1 "in" applications used for Operation"

Click your. eml file to open it.
