SQL> connect system/manager as sysdba;

Normal, but other Linux users cannot execute the above command, nor imp, and the prompt is:

SQL> connect system/manager as sysdba;
ERROR:
ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Solution:

Modify the system password:

SQL> alter user system identified by manager;
