Solution for Photoshop cs4 to disable text display (delayed display of typing) using text tools
This is because [PS] reads the font at startup,
It also slows down the response of other tools.
(May be related to Windows XP SP3 ).

Solution:

1. Press the shortcut key Ctrl + k to bring up the "Preferences" dialog box,
Click [text] at the bottom of the left ],
And then remove it from the text options.
[Show Asian font options] and [font preview size]
Check the two items.

2. Restart ps.
