VMware Network Adapter VMnet1 and VMnet8 are identified as unrecognized networks by the firewall. They are blocked and cannot use port ing. Port 80 of the virtual machine cannot be passed in, and packets can only be sent out. The public network cannot be changed to a home or work network.
Solution:
1. Go to the registry [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class \ {4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}] and start backup.
2. Check [items] (items, to 00xx) one by one. See which item on the right is [value]: "DriverDesc" = "VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet1 ".
3. After finding it, add a "DWORD" value (32-bit) named "* NdisDeviceType" (* is required) and change the data value to "1 ".
4. Similarly, we can find VMnet8 and repeat 2nd ~ Step 3: Add a value.
After that, restart windows.
