Solution for Lenovo Ideapad Y460/Y560 which cannot output sound by external HDMI in Windows 7

When IdeapadY460/Y560 is connected to an external HDMI system in Win7, the video image is normal, but the sound cannot be output, and there is no HDMI option in the audio output options. How can this problem be solved? See the figure below:

 


After verification, the sound bus in the Device Manager is disabled, as shown in the following figure:


Procedure:

After enabling this function, you can see the HDMI sound output in the sound card option.
