Solution for Network List Service item cannot be started in the computer

1, according to the combination of key Win+r open operation, input dcomcnfg and enter;

2, open Component Services, in turn expand the "Component Services → computer → My Computer →dcom configuration", find NETPROFM;

3, right click NETPROFM, open the property;

4, switch to the Security tab, in the "Start and Activate Permissions" to select "Custom", and click the "Edit" button;

5, click the "Add" button;

6, the input object name "local SERVICE", click "Check Name", no problem click OK;

7, in the right below the attention to check the "local Boot" and "local activation", and then click OK;

8, after the completion of the above settings, return to the Component Services window, click on the local service, in all services to find the network list service, and enable it.
