Solution:

This is because even if you log on as a system administrator, you do not have the permission to manage these folders. If you want to manage these folders, we also need to grant the system administrator the permission to manage this folder. Do we select the "attribute" of this folder "? D? D "secure "? D? In the pop-up window, select "owner". Now we can see that the current owner of this folder is "system", and the account we log on to is "achai". We select "edit" below ":
