Check whether java files exist in C:/Documents and Settings/all users/Application Data/Adobe/cs5/JRE. If you are missing a folder (for example, cs5), create a new folder (for example, cs5 ).

Cause: Adobe cs5's Java Runtime is placed under the Windows public directory, but some friends use ghost to optimize the system, this causes an error in the installation location during Java Runtime (my installation is in C:/programdata/Adobe/cs5/JRE, maybe your problem is also abnormal ).
