Solution: "This host has virtualization support, but virtualization technology is disabled" when a 64-bit system is installed in VMware

You have configured this virtual machine to use a 64-bit client operating system. However, the 64-bit operating system is unavailable. This host has virtualization support capabilities, but virtualization technology is disabled.
This is usually because virtualization technology has been set or disabled in BIOS/firmware or the host has no permission to change this setting. Please:
(1) Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings VT enables and disables 'trusted execution .'
(2) if these BIOS/firmware settings are changed, restart the host power.
(3) install VMware Workstation and restart the host.
(4) Update BIOS/firmware to the latest version.
For more details, see http://vmware.com/info? Id = 152.
If 64-bit is not supported, continue?
The above is a prompt for the Chinese version. The prompt for the English version is as follows:
You have configured this virtual machine to use a 64-bit guest operating system. However, 64-bit operation is not possible. This host is VT-capable, but VT is disabled.
This is usually because VT has been disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting. Please:
(1) Verify that the BIOS/firmware settings enable VT and disable 'trusted execution .'
(2) Power-cycle the host, if either of these BIOS/firmware settings have been changed.
(3) Power-cycle the host, if you have not done so since installing VMware Workstation.
(4) Update the host's BIOS/firmware to the latest version.

Continue without 64-bit support?

When Windows Server 2003 is successfully installed in VMware and 64-bit Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise is installed, the above error message is displayed, so you cannot continue to install the system. The computer itself is a 64-bit Windows 7, so it should be certain that the CPU supports a 64-bit system. Here is my solution:

1. Check whether the CPU supports VT, you can view with the CPU-Z, see the VT-X, indicating that the CPU supports Virtualization

2. Enable VT. Many CPUs do not enable VT by default. You need to manually modify it in the BIOS. Take my thinkpad as an example:
A) Shut down first. You cannot restart the system to enter the BIOS. You need to shut down the system before starting it.
B) Press F1 to enter BIOS
C) Go to config-CPU. You can see that two items are disable and changed to enable.
D) F10 save and exit and restart

3. reinstall VMware
Completely uninstall VMware. The installation process is simple, not to mention. This problem persists if you do not reinstall VMware.
You can safely uninstall VMware. After you reinstall VMware, the system that was successfully installed is still there, without any impact.

4. Install the system
This is also very simple, not to mention.
