Today, we finally met software that is more rogue than 360: Rising antivirus, tossing for a night, and finally completely uninstalled the rogue software. Here we record it for your reference.
My system win7 64bit
Rising antivirus software itself is a rogue software. Please install it with caution!
1. How to install the anti-virus software of Rising Star?
A: On an unknown website, I gave a software (risingxxx.exe) in one go, saying it was an iPhone Video Converter. After I double-clicked it, I got a prompt that it was not automatically installed. I still wondered, I saw all the programs and found that there was another Rising anti-virus software.
2. Correct uninstall steps:
There are two types:
(1) completely correctly install the anti-virus software. If your view is uninstalled using a third-party software, you can only uninstall it in vain. You must reinstall the software to uninstall it completely.
Start-all programs-find rising-click repair-select uninstall-fill in the verification code (exit rising first. Which of the following code do you need to fill in the verification code when the software exits? 360 !).
After uninstalling the software, open the control panel and unmount the rising software deployment system.
In this way, it is completely uninstalled.
(2) If the above steps still do not work, try the following steps:
Disconnect the network -- repeat the preceding steps -- view the task manager and close all processes related to C/program files (x86)/rising, try multiple times -- try to delete all c/program files (x86)/rising files. skip this step if the flash fails.
Shut down and restart (pay attention to disconnecting the network, or it will be automatically installed) -- immediately go to the task manager -- find the two processes related to rising to turn off -- Re-delete all c/program files (x86) /rising content, including the rising folder
The most important step is to start: Enter msconfig.exe in the search box and press enter -- start -- remove the rsdtray option -- Application
Start and input services.exe -- click Service -- find the service related to rising star (only one service can be found) -- Right-click Property -- close
After the entire process is completed, restart and check whether the rising process exists in the task manager.
If you still have one, call Rising's customer service. At the bottom of the rising official website.
