However, the actual situation is: the restart of the operating system does not work for multiple times, and the temp temporary directory of the operating system is cleared.

The solution to this problem is as follows:
Run regedit to open the Registry Editor.
Find pendingfilerenameoperations in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/controlset001/control/Session Manager and delete the key value to close the registry editor. You can reinstall the SQL Server 2000 or SP3 patch.
