Solution to conflicts between vc6.0 and Visio

Vc6.0 and Visio are common tools for developers, but they have conflicts. If the two software are installed on one machine at the same time, devshl is reported if you right-click "FileView" in vc6.0 and choose "add files to folder" or click "add to project -- files" in the project menu. DLL error.

1. Download filetool.exe from the following website

22.16filetool.exe is a self-extracting file. Execute it and decompress it to a directory.

3. The decompressed file is a VC project and compiled in vc6.

4. Copy the dynamic connection library file filetool. dll generated by compilation

\ Your installation directory \ Microsoft Visual Studio \ common \ msdev98 \ addins

5. Restart vc6, tools-> Customize-> add-ins and macro files, and Click Browse .., go to \ your installation directory \ Microsoft Visual Studio \ common \ msdev98 \ addins and select filetool. DLL, OK. Close dialog box

6. Now two new buttons are displayed in the toolbar.

You can use these two buttons to add and open the file.
