Solution to connection failure of Wi-Fi shared genie mobile phone

Solution 1: Make sure that the wireless Nic is enabled. If not, manually enable it.

Solution 2: select the correct sharing mode. Android mobile phones can only use Wireless AP WPA2 mode (win7), IOS mobile phones can both use WPA2 mode and WEP mode.

Open the wifi sharing wizard startup interface-Advanced Settings-Select Sharing Mode-select the corresponding mode.

Solution 3: Check whether the Internet Nic connected to the computer can be shared. If you find that the network card is not shared, log out of the software interface and set the sharing manually. Solution 4: Disable the ARP protection of the built-in firewall and protection software such as 360.

Solution 5: if you are a campus network client (for example, xingkong, xingkong, and Hongxun), you can try this method but it may not succeed. Start the task manager, terminate the NETkeeper process in the Task Manager Process (if this process exists), and restart the software.

Note: If the mobile phone cannot access the internet, you can click the network in the lower-right corner of the desktop to check whether the hotspot has internet access. If a new Wi-Fi hotspot has network access, refresh it repeatedly to connect to the hotspot.
