Solution to disable Firefox Flash
The latest Firefox users may be banned from using Adobe Flash Player because of a security vulnerability in Adobe Flash Player.
The solution for Windows is very simple. You only need to go to the Mozilla webpage to check the solution, go to the Adobe Flash Player official website, and select the OS version to download the correction file. Take Ubuntu as an example. After downloading it, the software center will automatically open it and run the command to install and correct the file. Restart Firefox. However, it does not work in Ubuntu. After restart, it will still tell you that it is not secure and the Adobe Flash Player will be disabled. The solution is to press Ctrl + Alt + T to open the terminal, and then enter the following two lines of commands.
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install-y flashplugin-installer
Restart Firefox. This vulnerability also occurs on Linux, so Firefox has automatically disabled 11.2.202.481 or earlier versions of Adobe Flash Player. For more information about the vulnerabilities, see the official website.
