Solution to Eclipse plug-in installation failure

Recently, I tried to install the android development environment. Basically, the installation can be completed according to the online process, which is relatively simple.

However, when installing some Eclipse plug-ins, the installation fails, and the added local packages can be identified, but the installation does not respond at all, finally, we found that there was such an option "Contact all update sites during install to find required software" during installation. I rely on it. Isn't this the installation package required to be checked at the site during installation, no wonder I didn't respond during the installation. I went to the site for a check and killed this option. Next, I succeeded.
