Cause: the. dll file is lost or not registered due to the use of third-party software or the abnormal upgrade of VSE.
Solution:
1. Start = run = Input
Regsvr32.exe "C: \ Program Files \ Network Associates \ Common Framework \ SecureFrameworkFactory. dll"
2. Press enter to confirm. The system prompts that the space has been re-registered.
Note: If you are prompted that the space cannot be found, copy it from other normal machines to the corresponding directory.
