Solution to error 80040154 @ 1 prompted by McAfee Common Framework

Comments: When automatic update is started, the error 80040154 @ 1 is displayed. The error "Failed to initialize Common Updater Subsystem" is displayed.

McAfee Common Management Agent 3.x. x
McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 7.1
Microsoft Windows

Question 1:
A. When automatic update is started, the error 80040154 @ 1 is displayed. The error "Failed to initialize Common Updater Subsystem" is displayed.
B. Prompt: Make sure the McAfee Framework Service is running (Please confirm that the McAfee Framework Service is running)
C. Prompt: Failed to connect to CMA updater. (cannot contact CMD updater)

Descritpion: VirusScan Enterprise: Failed to connect to CMA updater. (from <servername> IP xxxx. xxxx user <user name> running VirusScan EntSV 8.0.o UPD)

Question 3:

Cause: the. dll file is lost or not registered due to the use of third-party software or the abnormal upgrade of VSE.

Solution:
1. Start = run = Input

Regsvr32.exe "C: \ Program Files \ Network Associates \ Common Framework \ SecureFrameworkFactory. dll"

2. Press enter to confirm. The system prompts that the space has been re-registered.

Note: If you are prompted that the space cannot be found, copy it from other normal machines to the corresponding directory.
