2. As we all know, to share files between the VM and the local machine, VMware Tools must be installed. When you click "Install VMware Tools" under the vmvm menu, a prompt is displayed: Easy install is running, VMware Tools cannot be started.

The easy install mode conflicts with the installation of VMware Tools.

The direct way to eradicate these problems is to disable the easy install mode. How can I disable it? Select "Install the operating system later" during the installation wizard. Easy install will not start automatically.

However, it is very likely that you have encountered the above two problems after installing the system in easy install mode, and do not want to reinstall the system, you can continue to find a solution.
You can use a PE image or a USB flash disk to start the system and use partition magic to perform lossless partitioning.
If you cannot install VMware Tools, you can directly change the image of CD/DVD using VMware Tools in the virtual machine settings, such as windows in the VMware installation directory. ISO, 50 MB or so, you can also click here to download the latest version of VMware Tools. In cmd, run the "file name/e directory name" command to decompress it, and then open the MSI file with 7z. If the installation fails, you can enable the setup.exe manual installation in the optical drive.
