Solution to runtime error after Apsara Login

The following error occurs after the login of Apsara Stack:

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's Support Team for more imformation

It cannot be uninstalled or reinstalled.

I searched the internet for a reinstallation of the VC library.

Also, copy the c: \ Documents and setttings \ USERNAME \ Application Data \ fetion library before installation to the installed directory.

Inspired by the second method, I can delete the c: \ Documents ents and setttings \ Administrator \ Application Data \ fetion directory and then reinstall fetion.
