Today, a colleague reported an error occurred while starting the listener on the Development Server and reported the following error:
LSNRCTL start

TNS-12560: TNS: protocol adapter Error
TNS-00517: Lost contact
Linux error: 32: broken pipe

I immediately asked Google that there are still many experienced people on the Internet.

In fact, the lintener. log file is too large to be started because it exceeds 2 GB.
Solution:
You must stop listener first.
Rm listener. Log
Lsnctrl start
Everything is normal ....
