Open c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \, find the hosts file, open it in notepad, find the following statement, and delete it from 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com. Then, if the problem persists, replace gs.apple.com behind the website with phobos.apple.com or Albert t.apple.com.

Mac

Open Terminal
Sudo VI/etc/hosts
Enter Password
Press the "I" key to edit it.
After editing, Press ESC and then enter: WQ
Press enter.
